With the Trash Can Depot lowest price commitment, if you find the same item at a lower price, we will do our best to meet or better your price.
Orders placed Mon - Fri before 1 P.M. MST normally ship same day and should arrive to you within 3-5 business days or less.
Orders placed on weekends will not be processed until Monday morning thus, orders do not ship until Monday afternoon.

Shopping:
Shopping is easy at Trash Can Depot. We have designed the
website to be very simple to use. You can either click into the categories on
the left hand panel of each page, or enter a keyword of the item you need in our
search box. When you find the item you wish to purchase, simply add it to your
shopping cart. When you are completed shopping, click the checkout to pay for
your purchase. Trash Can Depot accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Net 30 terms are also available on approved credit. See below.
$50.00 Minimum Order
Minimum orders are a fact of life today. We
know that no one likes to be confronted with a minimum order requirement when
needing to place an order with low dollar value, however, we have tried hard to
balance the need to be fair to our customers as well as the need to be fair to
ourselves. We charge a $5.00 minimum order charge for orders less than
$50.00 due to considerations such as packaging, office fees, labor costs and
other non-descript reasons.
Purchase orders & Net Terms:
Trash Can Depot accepts purchase orders and will grant net terms accounts to qualifying businesses and organizations. If you already have a completed credit application from your organization, please fax it to us at (801)444-4376.

Payment by check:
If you prefer to prepay by check rather than major credit
card, the best method is to simply add items to your Trash Can Depot shopping
cart, print out the completed page which displays the items for purchase, and
mail to our address above with your check or money order payable to Janisan. Please be sure to include contact information with your payment.
APO/FPO and International orders:
Trash Can Depot does ship to international locations. Your freight charge will reflect the actual cost of shipping to your international destination. Additionally, Trash Can Depot ships to Military APO/FPO addresses via the U.S. Postal Service. Trash Can Depot shipping fee will reflect the actual cost of the freight delivery from the U.S. Postal Office, to the domestic APO/FPO destination. Please be advised, there is a $30 handling fee with each APO/FPO or international shipment.
UPS Non-Shippable Items:
Please be advised that some items at Trash Can Depot are not UPS shippable due to the size of the package. In the event an item is not shippable via UPS, the nearest warehouse location will deliver to you via truck. There is a surcharge on such items
and in the event this pertains to your order we will contact you with the additional
charges before your order is shipped.
Returns:
All unopened products purchased at Trash Can Depot can be returned within 10 days of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our customer support department. Fiberglass Trash Cans are not returnable. You can reach customer support at (888)526-4726. Products within the 10 day window which have been opened are subject to an open box fee of 20%. For products placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to Trash Can Depot shall be that of the customers.
Orders that exceed the 10 day window can be returned to us and will be subject
to a 20% restock fee. Returns for orders beyond 30 days of receipt will
not be accepted. Please be advised that we cannot refund shipping charges
unless your order was damaged upon receipt.
